Product Expert

The role of Product Expert is to provide technical knowledge and support to internal and external customers.

As a Product Expert, you will be responsible for resolving critical product problems, implementing new product technologies, and participating in or leading training sessions.

This role requires a deep understanding of agricultural equipment and mechanical systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource for technicians, service managers/service advisors, sales staff, and parts leads to resolve critical product problems.
  • Be the in-house expert for implementing new product technologies.
  • Actively participate in or lead training to support ongoing skills and competency development.
  • Works with OEMs as a partner in quality to identify emerging product quality concerns and support problem resolution.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in service and parts department operations.

- Relevant trade certificate - Heavy Diesel Fitter/Mobile Plant Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic or equivalent.

- Experience with basic computer functions and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment.
