Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality clerical support to our Community Aged Care Teams.

This permanent part-time vacancy offers flexible working hours, allowing you to balance work and personal life.

As an integral member of our administrative team, you will be part of a group dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure confidentiality relating to participants, their records and organisational matters at all times.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, direct enquiries to the appropriate person and establish telephone contact on behalf of relevant parties.
  • Assist with project work under the supervision of senior staff members where required.
  • Support the induction of new staff members, including preparation, collation and forwarding of paperwork as needed.
  • Maintain adequate stationery supplies and assist with the ordering of other essential items.
  • Coordinate mail delivery and messages for the team when necessary.
  • Prepare data and reports for individual programs as required by senior staff members.
  • Provide scheduling backup and assistance to the scheduling lead when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, including word processing, desktop publishing, databases and spreadsheets.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and individually.
  • Capacity to prioritise and maintain a high standard of work under sustained work pressures.
  • High level data entry accuracy with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of aged care (desired).
  • Experience with client management and rostering systems (desired).
  • NDIS Workers Clearance.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Current driver's license.
