We are seeking an IT Service Continuity Manager to deliver high-quality service continuity management service delivery.
- Leading Disaster Recovery teams in assessing, developing, coordinating and communicating recovery environment requirements and plans for customers.
- Ensuring Disaster Recovery plans align with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements.
- Identifying recovery requirements for new applications and systems.
- Maintaining monthly status reporting, plans, and other Disaster Recovery documentation.
- Delivering high quality ITSCM services ensuring compliance with relevant Customer policies, processes, and procedures.
This is a mid-senior level role that requires 5+ years of experience in commercial IT, with a background in both mainframe and client/server technologies.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Mainframe and client/server technology expertise.
- Disaster Recovery team leadership experience.
- Liaising with customers to understand their business needs.
- Developing and maintaining effective Disaster Recovery plans.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
