Our Technology Services group has a strategic remit to uplift, govern and run the Fund's technology capability. **Your new role**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Optimisation, the IT Continuity Manager is a key role for Technology Services and the Fund and is responsible for the development and ongoing management of the Technology Services Disaster Recovery Strategy, plans and testing schedules. The role is also responsible for overseeing regular DR testing, and non-DR failover testing, Business Continuity Management for the Technology Services business unit and supporting the development of BCP plans technology wide.
Working closely with the Fund's Business Resiliency and Technology Leadership teams, a key objective of this role is to ensure that the Fund meets all mandatory requirements for APRA, Group Risk and internal audit, including driving continuous improvement to DR and BCP processes across the Fund.

**What you'll need**
- Deep experience in similar roles (focusing on DR and/or BCP), working in a complex technology environment
- In-depth understanding and working knowledge of ITIL and other relevant ITSM frameworks
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
- Innovative, creative and curious with a strong growth mindset
- Resilient, engaging and passionate about motivating colleagues to drive exceptional business performance, and an ability to influence cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
