We are seeking an academic with expertise in Undergraduate Psychology to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the development of learning and teaching in this discipline.
The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality education programs, undertaking scholarly work relevant to the development of learning and teaching, and engaging with the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Teaching and curriculum development in face-to-face, blended and/or online modes;
- Engaging with and producing outputs related to the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning or program improvement more generally;
- Interacting effectively and productively with people from diverse backgrounds;
- Developing and implementing high-quality educational materials and resources;
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- A PhD or Masters degree or equivalent accreditation and standing recognised by the University as appropriate for the relevant discipline area of psychology;
- Demonstrated ability to be effective in teaching and curriculum development;
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and produce outputs related to the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning or program improvement more generally;
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills.
