Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity in our HR information system
  • Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR department, responding promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation, to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Business Administration or Organizational Development
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus, with the ability to learn and implement new systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions
