Job Summary

This is a mid-senior level position leading the portfolio planning of the Victorian Government's Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) portfolio.



About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of a portfolio strategy and asset management plan for SDA assets, ensuring the voice of lived experience is reflected and working in close collaboration with other teams in Disability Homes Victoria and the department. They will also lead the design development and construction design to support future SDA developments, including alignment with portfolio strategy objectives and testing and piloting of new and emerging design and delivery concepts.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a portfolio strategy and asset management plan for SDA assets
  • Lead design development and construction design for future SDA developments
  • Apply innovative thinking to propose solutions and recommendations to senior management to address SDA portfolio challenges


Qualifications and Requirements
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Valid work permit or visa
  • Pre-employment screening, including national police check and misconduct screening
