Portfolio Strategy Leader

The role of Portfolio Strategy Leader involves leading the portfolio planning of specialist disability accommodation (SDA) in Victoria, Australia. This position is responsible for providing data-driven analysis and advice to support portfolio strategy development, asset management planning, and identifying opportunities for development and uplift.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to managing SDA assets, ensuring collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead the design development and construction design to support future SDA developments, aligning with portfolio strategy objectives.
  • Apply innovative thinking to propose solutions and recommendations to address SDA portfolio challenges and develop strategies to manage the department's SDA portfolio.


Qualifications and Requirements
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit or visa.
  • CV and Cover Letter outlining suitability to the role in line with the key selection criteria.
