Job Title: Health Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of healthcare services to patients in a correctional environment.
  • Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of health services.
  • Coordinate clinical operations, monitor service delivery, and contribute to policy and service development.

As a key member of the nursing administration team, you will work closely with Justice Health and Corrective Services NSW staff to ensure safe, effective, and integrated care in a secure environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Tertiary qualification in health management or working towards or a combination of study and work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading, planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of healthcare services in a complex or secure environment. They will also be able to approach building effective working relationships with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders in a complex healthcare environment.
