Early Learning Centre Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the success of our early learning centre.
About Our Service- Our 84-place service caters to children from 6 weeks to five years old, spread across 6 rooms and 4 outdoor play areas.
- A supportive management team will guide your career development and provide you with the tools necessary to excel in this role.
- We operate on Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, making it easy for educators to balance work and personal life.
- Our centre uses the Story Park platform to keep families informed about their child's progress and encourage active participation.
- You must hold a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership role is required.
- Availability to work 5 days a week is essential.
- You must have a valid Working with Children Check.
- A Current First Aid Certificate is also required.
- You must understand EYLF and NQS principles to deliver quality outcomes for children.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to a diverse team is crucial.
- You will lead by example, driving excellence and supporting local families through quality education and care.
