Early Learning Director Role

The Early Learning Director will oversee and develop an early learning centre, guiding the next generation of educators. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to elevate their careers and refine their leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
  • Buildeven a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Work with the team to plan for the future of the centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.

Requirements:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
