In this role, you will: Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business About Goodstart Bentleigh East Mc Kinnon Road: Large, Welcoming Centre : 114-place centre offering high-quality care for children aged six weeks to school age, open from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM Purpose-Built, Safe, and Stimulating Environment : Designed with safety at its core, the centre features well-resourced, inviting learning spaces and expansive outdoor areas that encourage exploration and play.
