About the Role:
We are seeking a Regional Director to lead our Operational Performance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing regional business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Leading a team of Valuers to achieve exceptional performance and quality standards
- Implementing change initiatives to improve processes and embed Opteon's values
- Proactive performance management, including regular reporting and coaching
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of leadership and business development. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of key leadership experience with a proven ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- 5 years of experience as a Certified Practicing Valuer (Preferred)
- Post-Graduate Qualification (Desirable)
- Associate of the Australian Property Institute
