
Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for handling claims and resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
">Key Responsibilities- Claim Management: Enter, scan and attach claims into the system daily, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Liaison with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claims, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Investigation and Resolution: Investigate delivery discrepancies and take appropriate action in accordance with business rules and agreed timeframes.
- Inspection Coordination: Coordinate inspection activities for stock claims and ensure follow-through to resolution.
- Credit Note Processing: Process credit notes, rejection letters, and return orders within set deadlines.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to emails, voicemails, and phone enquiries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvements by recommending and implementing efficiency initiatives.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback and reporting on claims issues to the Claims Manager and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working through problems to find effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Confidently communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve claims quickly and accurately.
- Workload Management: Manage your workload effectively and see allocated cases through to completion.
- Phone Handling: Comfortable handling phone conversations with customers and internal teams.
- Written Communication: Clear and professional written communication skills.
