LagardereAWPL, a leading Travel Retail operator in the Pacific, is seeking a proactive and people-first Operations Manager to oversee airport operations. With 150+ stores across Australia & New Zealand, we bring big brands to life in airports and travel hubs.

This role presents an opportunity to be at the centre of it all — managing day-to-day operations across multiple retail concepts and working closely with senior leadership to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and with excellence.

The successful candidate will lead and support store teams to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring compliance with airport regulations, health & safety, and company policies. They will also collaborate with internal teams and airport stakeholders for smooth operations, track and report on operational costs, budgets, and forecasts.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a multi-site or high-volume operations management role, strong people leadership skills, a solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, flexibility regarding hours, valid working rights, and the ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
