Senior Will Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our experienced team of specialists. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients plan for their future by preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney.
This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll engage with clients before and after appointments, prepare documents reflecting their wishes, and educate them on the benefits of nominating us as Trustee or Executor.
- Meet with clients to prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Prepare documents that reflect client wishes and comply with legal requirements
- Identify and escalate matters for legal review when needed
- Refer clients to other services when relevant
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Current Practicing Certificate or eligibility to obtain one immediately
- Experience preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, including a sound understanding of the legal requirements for validity and efficacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a client-focused approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with client management systems
- A working knowledge of relevant estate planning legislation
