Job Title: Audit Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our Audit team with a busy up and coming schedule.

  • Coordinate documents and audit preparation
  • Upload documents to document management system
  • Liaise with key stakeholders & ensure documents are received & electronically filed
  • Provide administrative support for auditing purposes
  • Effectively liaise with all internal and external key stakeholders including global suppliers, customers and Auditors
Candidates Requirements:
  • Strong administration skills and understanding of Audit processes for manufacturing
  • Document control and quality compliance skills
  • Office skills including MS Word, Excel
  • Strong administrative & organisational skills with a sound attention to detail
  • Well developed interpersonal & communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
  • Audit/Admin/Quality/WHS compliance experience highly regarded
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and be involved in supporting our audit process.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Internal Compliance Manager and develop your skills in administration, document control and quality compliance.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
