Job Overview

Citation Certification is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate NDIS audits, ensuring compliance with certification guidelines and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, administration, or coordination roles, with strong organisational and time management skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of certification services, supporting businesses navigate complex compliance requirements. As a key member of the NDIS team, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling NDIS audits, matching auditors with client requirements and availability
  • Coordinating and confirming appointments with clients and auditors
  • Managing scheduling changes and resolving conflicts efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS certification guidelines and deadlines
  • Communicating with internal teams, clients, and auditors to provide updates and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in our systems

  • Previous experience in a similar role focused on scheduling, administration, or coordination
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
