Dining Ambassador

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will embody the essence of exceptional service and become an integral part of our dynamic dining team.

Manage your dedicated section with finesse, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience that reflects the unique spirit of Yamagen.

Anticipate guest needs, deliver genuine hospitality, and maintain a clean and organized environment at all times.

Confidently explain dishes and beverages, offer thoughtful recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.

Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional and efficient service within your assigned section
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively with genuine hospitality
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized section at all times
  • Possess full knowledge of the menu, including sake, Japanese whiskies, signature cocktails, and small plates, sashimi, and hot dishes
