About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at the Nambour Aquatic Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and providing a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the safety of the pool area, responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all patrons feel welcome and supported
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our facilities and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate information to our customers
Requirements
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • Current National Police Check clearance
  • Currently Working with Children's Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
