Pool Attendant

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic lifeguard to join our team on a Casual basis. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons while they enjoy their visit to our facility.

You will have a passion for safety around the water and be energetic, dynamic, outgoing, and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with patrons of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patrons while they are in the pool area
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Hold current certifications in First Aid (Level 2), CPR, and Pool Lifeguard
• Hold a current National Police Check clearance and Working with Children's Check

Requirements:

• Current First Aid (Level 2) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Current National Police Check clearance
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current Pool Lifeguard certification
