The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic lifeguard to join our team on a Casual basis. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment around our pools.

You will have a passion for water safety and be energetic, dynamic, outgoing, and fun. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence are essential to ensure our patrons have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of patrons in and around the pool
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Communicate effectively with patrons and staff
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Hold current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguarding

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) certification
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current National Police Check clearance
  • Currently Working with Children's Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded
