Water Treatment Plant Manager

We are seeking a Senior Water and Waste Water Operator to manage and maintain water and wastewater treatment plants/assets at various client sites throughout the Pilbara region.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain treatment plants and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor plant operations and assist in optimizing process efficiency.
- Conduct regular water quality sampling and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks as required.
- Liaise with contractors and supervise their activities when necessary.
- Manage resources, tools, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement a risk-based approach to operations and maintenance.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven knowledge and experience in water and waste water treatment operations.
- Certification in water and waste water operations (Cert III).
- Understanding of mechanical systems and safety/environmental considerations.
