The ERA unit plays a crucial role in providing economic analysis and advice to support the development of transport policies and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Economic Analysis and Modelling: Conduct economic analysis and modelling to inform transport policy and project decisions.
- Policy Advice: Provide advice to internal stakeholders on economic policy issues and their impact on the transport system.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on strategic and long-term economic issues facing the transport system and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coordinating Economic Policy: Coordinate Transport and Main Roads' approach to broad economic policy issues, particularly where there is shared responsibility across the organization or Queensland government.
- Economic Analysis Experience: Proven experience in economic analysis and modelling, data analysis, and visualization.
