Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team on all aspects of development assessment
• Engage with stakeholders to negotiate development matters while protecting interests
• Establish and manage a compliance and enforcement function for development assessments
• Develop positive relationships with stakeholders
• Provide expert advice on complex development matters
• Provide strategic direction for system management, including enhancements and ICT governance
• Coordinate appeals processes, attending meetings and negotiations with legal advisors and counsel
