DWS is seeking a demonstrably experienced Enterprise Architect with experience & knowledge of design & development of Network Systems Infrastructure architectures to join us on a long-term customer project.

Type: Max Term

Length: 12-Months

Start: ASAP

Rate: up to $230K (inc super) depending on background & experience

Style: Hybrid; 3-4 days per week in the office

Location: Adelaide CBD

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technology architecture strategy design and delivery across Network systems infrastructure
• Ensure the use of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks to derive and deliver value to the business
• Work closely with key stakeholders, senior leaders, digital and project teams to ensure the alignment of the corporate and digital strategies with the architecture vision
• Lead capability and capacity planning to ensure the technology strategy delivers short and long term value
• Conduct objective, fact-based assessments, which lead to architecture decisions, and recommendations that are based on best practice
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to guide and develop technology strategies bases on new, emerging and existing technologies and standards
• Develop implementation plans through identifying gaps between the current and desired future states
• Significant experience in leading the architecture function of large enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Proven conceptual, business analysis and problem-solving skills including the ability to gather and interpret a fact-base of business, technical and financial information to inform planning, options and meaningful business insights
• Certification on architecture frameworks; TOGAF 9+
• Working knowledge of data structures, design, architectural and integration patterns, algorithms, and engineering best practices
• Proven experience developing EA plans and roadmaps, and technology blueprints.
• Conducting architecture reviews and assessing compliance with architecture and organisational standards
• Practical application of architectural methodologies and frameworks, including in Salesforce
• Expert in producing high-quality deliverables, including architecture design documents, architecture reference models, standards, patterns and various types of catalogues, diagrams and matrixes
• Demonstrable experience in successfully leading significant business focused change initiatives
• Experience managing to a set budget with an emphasis on affordability and value of service
• Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture and commitment to continuously develop this knowledge through self-learning activities
• Vendor management and assessing vendor offerings against defined business outcomes and requirements
