Job Title: Food And Beverage Team Leader In Room Dining And Minibar

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team in Room Dining and Minibar. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, driving excellence in customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Coordinating daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of food and beverage services, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and controlling day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Managing employee performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to drive business growth and implement initiatives that enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation, with excellent knowledge of food and beverage concepts and trends.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate.
