Rehabilitation Psychologist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Psychologist to join our team in North-West Tasmania.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients with complex mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology from an Australian university
  • Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
  • Working with Children Registration (where applicable)

Desirable Criteria:

  • Holds area of practice endorsement in relevant area/s: Counselling Psychology, Community Psychology, Educational and Developmental Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Health Psychology, Organisational Psychology, or Sport and Exercise Psychology
  • Current Driver's Licence

Benefits:

This is a permanent part-time position, working up to 60.8 hours per fortnight. The salary range is $110,425 to $121,907 per annum, plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.

Relocation Assistance:

Reimbursement for up to $10,000 of expenses incurred through relocating.
