About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workshop Administrator. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our workshop staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the coordination of maintenance activities, including scheduling and tracking
  • Process quotes and purchase orders, and raise work orders as required
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely completion of work
  • Close out completed work orders and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with maintaining service schedule compliance for all business units
  • Liaise with customers to ensure equipment is re-booked at a suitable time
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Customer service orientated
  • Ability to follow all company policies
