About the Role

  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Dairy/Freezer Manager.
  • As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing staff, ordering and cost control, and driving sales growth.
  • You will work closely with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing a team of staff to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and controlling costs.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve store efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement effective merchandising strategies and control costs.
