About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in the dairy and frozen food departments.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control costs, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Coach, train, and develop staff to achieve their full potential and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
