Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide them with menus.
  • Take orders accurately, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions, and knowledgeably describe menu items and answer questions.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure they are presented according to standard.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure they have everything they need and address any concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the area, including clearing tables, resetting, and restocking.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to communicate orders and ensure that food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
  • Handle payments accurately and present bills to guests.
  • Upsell and promote additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guests' experience.
  • Address special requests and accommodate guests' needs to the best of your ability.
  • Familiarize yourself with safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
