About the Role:

The Development Electrical Coordinator will work closely with the Development Engineer to design, install, commission, overhaul, and maintain development plant and equipment at the mine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Underground Electrical Engineering Manager, Development Mechanical Coordinator, Development Maintenance Planner, and Development Overhauls Engineer
  • Manage and mentor the Underground Development Electrical Tradesmen and Supervisors
  • Schedule short to medium-term maintenance for the development plant
  • Implement effective maintenance systems to minimize equipment downtime
  • Assist in introducing site processes for all development plant and equipment

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Experience in a supervisory position
  • SAP maintenance system experience
  • A thorough understanding of maintenance and repair of modern development mining equipment
