About the Role: As an Electrical Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will play a key part in driving innovation and growth in the energy sector. Your primary focus will be on creating and assessing electrical estimates and bid/proposal documents for major projects. You will work closely with directors and delivery heads to develop pricing strategies and project scopes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end success in electrical estimating and bid/proposal creation
- Develop robust cost estimates for electrical infrastructure works
- Translate internal estimates into customer-mandated pricing models
- Support high-quality proposal development and stakeholder management
- Identify process improvements and implement actions
About You:
- Proven experience in estimating major electrical programs
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience on renewable projects (battery, EV, etc.)
