The Project Management Office (PMO) Leader is responsible for developing and implementing a robust project management framework to drive continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in project management, and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management framework that ensures efficient and effective project delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project portfolio performance and provide regular updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead the PMO team and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Mentor and coach project managers and business analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Implement standardized project management practices to promote consistency and best practices across the organization.
- Oversee project methodology, resource management, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years' experience in project management, with certification desirable.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-oriented projects.
- Natural curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong strategic alignment, excellent communication, and decision-making skills.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills and proficiency in project management tools.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities.
