Lead Explosive Ordnance Capability Developer

This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of defence munitions and sovereign capability through innovative projects.
The role involves managing risks, preparing project materials, and conducting certification activities for explosive ordnance.
Additionally, you will support the introduction of new capabilities, including MARBs and Seaworthiness activities.
Responsibilities- Develop weapon plans for maritime and munitions capabilities in accordance with policy and best practice.
- Plan and prepare integration activities, schedules, and plans for platforms.
- Support financial management, risk management, and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate and inform executive briefs, data requests, and visit coordination.
- Provide strategic support for future capabilities development.
- Extensive experience as EO Engineer.
- Ability to undertake complex tasks, evaluate options, and decide on cost-effective outcomes.
- Thorough understanding of integration requirements within support elements and between EO and other disciplines.
Due to the nature of this role, applicants must hold or have recently held an NV1 Australian Defence security clearance.
