
Automotive Repair Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and wants to contribute to delivering exceptional experiences.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicle faults are fixed on first visit, in line with OEM and industry standards. You will repair, replace, perform preventative maintenance, and diagnose work on engine parts and electrical faults.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reassembling, testing, cleaning, and adjusting repairs or replacements to ensure effective work delivery
- Supporting the supervision of apprentices and maintaining the professional appearance of workshop services area
- Identifying problems, determining cause and effect, and examining information from different sources to determine the best course of action
- Effectively communicating with vehicle drivers/operators to seek necessary information and gather fault data through test drives when required
- Utilizing electronic test equipment to locate and correct malfunctions in lighting, instrumentation, electronic fuel injection, ignition, and emissions control systems
