Job Title: Residential Operations Manager

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are also essential.

  • To ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, implementing effective cleaning schedules and procedures as needed.

  • To develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To be available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
