We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager to join our AWS Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and consolidating commercial relationships with large global organizations, collaborating with customer account teams and AWS partners to identify, develop, and execute customer consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strong Relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand customer needs, desired outcomes, and key results.
- Guide Customers along the journey of cloud adoption, core system modernization, and digital transformation, including modernization and migration of existing IT assets.
- Provide Excellent Customer Experience when engaging with AWS ProServe, throughout the sales cycle to the delivery of high-quality engagements.
- Act as an Evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services to accelerate realization of customer outcomes through AWS cloud.
- Prepare and Present Commercial and/or Strategic Proposals to customer C-Suite and executives.
- Manage Commercial Agreements and create Statements of Work (SOWs) with accountability of revenue targets for AWS customers.
- Work with Relevant Product Specialists and delivery experts across AWS to enable customers on AWS Cloud.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.
Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.
Requirements- 10+ years of IT consulting and management experience, with demonstrable business and technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles.
- 5+ years of experience in senior-level executive engagement and advisory experience within Financial Services and Insurance (FSI).
- Extensive experience managing large Industry vertical accounts, IT and business consulting (relationship management, achieving growth targets/sales quotas, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, contract negotiations, etc.).
- Experience with contract and statement of work (SOW) development.
- Strong analytical capabilities, relentlessly thinking big, championing innovative customer outcomes.
- Broad enterprise systems technology experience, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) / virtualization technologies, cloud, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data.
- Experience in modernizing core systems.
- Experience in advising customers on Cloud Operating Models and Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE).
