Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at NEXTDC Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
Provide exceptional first-line support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Act as the escalation point for critical incidents, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Lead by example, promoting a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Familiarity with incident management procedures and facility rules.
Australian citizenship and eligibility for NV1 clearance.
