Leading Surgical Ward Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of Senior Nursing Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Surgical Ward, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Role- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient flow, reduce waiting times, and enhance overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality improvement goals and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
