Job Title: Nurse Unit Manager
">About the Role:
">The successful candidate will lead a dynamic Surgical Ward at Peninsula Private Hospital, providing expert leadership and direction while ensuring efficient delivery of evidence-based nursing care in alignment with hospital goals.
">This is a full-time position requiring 76 hours per fortnight. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nursing leadership, a strong commitment to evidence-based care, and continuous improvement.
">- Provide operational leadership and management of the Medical and Rehabilitation Ward
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care
- Actively participate in quality improvement and accreditation processes
Key Responsibilities:

">- Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient delivery of evidence-based nursing care
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality patient-centred care

Selection Criteria:

">- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 3 years previous experience at NUM level or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
