Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key role in our organization, focusing on customer success and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading customers on their journey to success, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities that deliver tangible value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, solve problems, and celebrate successes.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your client portfolio through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Analyze customer goals and challenges to create strategic plans for success and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain close visibility into customer health and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Cultivate upsell and cross-sell opportunities and convert them into successful outcomes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure alignment and ongoing value delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to amplify customer voices internally and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and navigate challenging conversations.
  • Proven track record of uncovering new opportunities and driving account growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • SaaS or technology industry experience is highly desirable, particularly in B2B or eCommerce/Retail operations.
  • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and evolve in response to changing business needs.
