Job Description

Certification Program Management is a critical function that requires strategic thinking and leadership skills. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and growing the certification program from scratch.

As a Certification Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include developing learning pathways, collaborating with training experts and sales teams to create competency standards, overseeing the full certification lifecycle, and driving awareness and adoption of the program across various stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organisation and quality assurance skills, knowledge of adult learning principles, and experience with LMS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in certification, training, or skills assessment, ideally in software or technology. A tertiary qualification in Business, Education, Project Management, or similar is also essential.
