Key ResponsibilitiesWe have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and successful WHS Consultant to join our professional team with our People Solutions Practice. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering best-in-class WHS solutions to some of Australia's largest employers.
- Project managing and delivering WHS related proposals and WHS advisory engagements.
- Collaborating with our global network, developing new and innovative safety solutions for our Australian clients.
- Drafting proposals, reports, and other key project deliverables.
- Advising our clients on improving their safety performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Work Health and Safety.
- Prior exposure to a variety of workplaces and situations.
- Experience in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks and WHS strategies, procedures, and processes.
- Formal (or working towards) a tertiary level qualification in WHS; Health, Injury Management, and/or associated degrees will be considered.
- A strong relationship manager who can exemplify the right behaviours, engage with the broader Aon team, and provide commercially astute direction to achieve profitable growth.
- Ability to present messages skilfully using a variety of media and methods.
- Effective presentation and public speaking skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
