Job Overview

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. As an aspiring business entrepreneur with a passion for Esports, you will have the opportunity to develop into a high-quality Service Advisor.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and have mechanical knowledge and/or experience.

As a Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch guest services and experiences, determine customer requirements and assist in selecting solutions, and develop and maintain relationships with customers.

You will also be responsible for assisting customers with bookings, enquiries, and service scheduling over the phone, in person, and via email, as well as processing orders, invoices, and payments.

Liaising with customers, sales representatives, and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines is also a key aspect of this role.

Able to operate specialised automotive dealership management software is essential for this position.
