As a Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of personnel and the protection of equipment by managing the LOTO program.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement LOTO procedures for equipment and create switching orders when applicable.
  • Create and maintain LOTO mimic boards.
  • Coordinate site LOTO-related activities with all parties.
  • Conduct training sessions on LOTO procedures for affected personnel.
  • Perform daily LOTO tailboards and address questions.
  • Maintain records of site LOTO-related activities and training sessions.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with LOTO procedures.
  • Participate in investigations of incidents related to LOTO failures and propose corrective actions.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Proficient technical and operational knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication and training skills with the ability to influence others to prioritize safety.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
  • Proactive mindset in anticipating challenges and delivering strategic problem-solving solutions.
  • Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to pass pre-employment medical, Drug & Alcohol test, and Police check.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and climb as necessary.
  • Availability for night shifts.

Site Conditions

  • A typical roster of 14 days in, 7 days out.
  • Camp accommodation is provided.
