Job Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to work on HV substation and primary network projects across Australia.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across all primary systems design, directing the design of substation primary and secondary systems according to Australian standards.

  • Advanced primary design, network modelling, optimisation and studies for large-scale substation and primary network projects.
  • Strategic oversight of project delivery and efficiency.
  • Technical expertise in substations and power systems with a focus on primary networks.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance on advanced primary design, network modeling, and optimisation. Direct the design of substation primary and secondary systems according to Australian standards. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Develop and implement strategies for improving project delivery and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional understanding of primary network engineering with a focus on substations and power systems.
  • Strong leadership abilities and proven experience mentoring junior engineers or willingness to do so.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Based in Perth, Brisbane, or Sydney.
