Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in delivering person-centered support, helping clients build confidence and skills, and securing meaningful work.

You will work closely with employers to strengthen partnerships that create inclusive employment opportunities. This role focuses on coaching your team to achieve outcomes, driving performance, and making a real difference in people's lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mentor and support a team of professionals under the guidance of the ESA Service Manager.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deepen understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
