The role of Demand and Resource Manager is a critical position within our organization. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the management of the Demand Management Framework, ensuring it provides an effective mechanism to identify, define, and plan the provision of resources in an agile and responsive manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve the demand management framework, including associated processes and systems.
  • Maintain effective relationships with project managers, managers, and customers to identify, define, and plan resource provision.
  • Negotiate conflicts to ensure that customer demands and organizational priorities are met.
  • Develop and implement executive and management reporting to create transparency on the demand pipeline and current program of work.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and promote demand management practices within a large, complex service delivery organization.
  • High-level understanding of end-to-end IT customer service delivery (ITSM/ITIL).
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, negotiation, consultation, and collaboration skills.
  • High-level organizational skills, including the ability to establish own work priorities and manage time effectively.
